However, he was not designated as the main protagonist or protector of the kingdom. Despite his limited skills in “Spearmanship,” Welner was relegated to a supportive, secondary position in the game’s storyline that revolved around the hero team. Nevertheless, he possessed certain advantages such as his high social status and close friendship with the lead character.
Faced with the demon king’s deluge, Welner employed his in-depth knowledge of the game’s plot and noble heritage to endure the onslaught. Unbeknown to him, his memories of his previous life and the game would have an unforeseeable bearing on the world. He rescued characters fated to expire and resolved conflicts that were beyond the game’s original design, ultimately altering history in the making.
