The first segment of the narrative takes place in U.C. 0091 right after the First Neo Zeon War has ended. It revolves around the ReZeon forces that have gathered on Mars and their newly appointed head, Alicia Zabi, who assumes the role of Supreme Commander. She greets the remaining members of the Titans seeking sanctuary in the Martian headquarters.
The second installment is known as “Arcadia of Zwitterion.”
